I’m a registered dietitian, certified meditation and mindfulness coach, and intuitive change coach, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early feeding with a whole-person approach.
In our culture, so much attention shifts to the baby that mothers are often left to push through exhaustion, overwhelm, and disconnection on their own. My work brings the focus back to you—helping you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and build trust with your body and your baby.
My approach is shaped by my own experience. During pregnancy, I struggled with constant discomfort and very little sleep, leaving me deeply fatigued before postpartum even began. And even with lactation training, I found myself too exhausted to access what I knew—I needed a lactation specialist to come to my home and support me. That experience showed me how much real, in-the-moment support and nervous system care matter.

Hello, I’m Shivani — The Good Gut Dietitian. I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified LEAP Therapist, and Certified Gut Health Nutritionist with over 25 years of experience in clinical nutrition.Â
My journey into maternal nutrition is both professional and deeply personal. As a mother of two, I experienced firsthand the nutritional demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding. From navigating my own pregnancies to nursing my children, I understand the physical, emotional, and nutritional challenges women face during this phase of life.
Over the years, I have worked closely with women through every stage of motherhood — from preconception to pregnancy, across all three trimesters, and into lactation and the postpartum period. My approach focuses on nourishing the body, supporting hormonal balance, and promoting healthy weight goals.
Hi, I am Dr. Jayanti Mishra, a dedicated Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor
with over 10 years of experience working with both children and adults. I am also a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Integrative Wellness Coach. I like to create a safe and supportive space
where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and comfortable expressing themselves.
My passion for mental health is deeply rooted not only in my professional training but
also in my personal journey. Experiencing postpartum challenges myself gave me a
profound understanding of the emotional complexities that many individuals—especially
women and mothers—silently navigate. This experience has strengthened compassion
and shaped my mission to support others through life’s most vulnerable phases with
sensitivity and insight through my unique Mind Empowered (ME) Program.
